Kara Ford established
Upward Light Healing in 2020 as a personal response to pain, tragedy, and grief. Merging a 25-year massage therapy practice with the vision of a wellness center, she created a space for community and intersectional modalities of healing to thrive. Upward Light offers services and classes to enhance your well-being, bodywork journey, connection to self, and community.
Upward Light Healing is a clean, quiet and peaceful environment with skilled & knowledgeable teachers & therapists.
